The winter weather is officially behind us and the spring market has certainly already kicked in. Honestly, the spring market started even earlier than last year with new listings picking up in earnest towards the end January in to early February. The demand is there and the competition is high. Don't worry though, you have absolutely not missed out on the bulk of the action for the year by any means!
Even with rising interest rates, demand is still going strong, with many single-families and even condos in popular areas like West Medford and Somerville still seeing double digit offer numbers. Even with that competition though, my clients are still finding their dream property and making winning offers.
